Required pieces of identification for employment include:
Option 1: Driver’s License AND Social Security Card OR Birth Certificate
Option 2: Current/Valid Passport
Note: The ORIGINAL document MUST be presented to Human Resources (or Supervisor) within the first 3 days of employment. More examples of identification are located on page 9 of the I-9 Form.
Students are required to read the Student Worker Handbook in Order to be employed at Concordia University. Be sure to sign and turn in the last page of the handbook to your supervisor.
