This position will administratively assist the Operations Support department. Tasks include, but are not limited to: use The Member Advantage™ sales and service principles in interaction with our internal and external members; processing various member related items (escrow administration and various account maintenances);account card and document management; record retention management and administration of records management system; operational training; operation audits; core processing clean-up and maintenance of data; backup to EFT Clerk, Operations Support Specialist II, and Compliance Officer; assisting the Operations Support Manager and other department managers as needed. This is a non-exempt position.

This position reports directly to the Operations Support Manager and is responsible for the administration duties of the Card Services Program such as coordinating the day-to-day operations and transaction processing of all credit, debit, gift, travel, and ATM related card processes. They are to provide prompt and professional service to all members, internal and external and adhere to all federal, state, and local legislation and organization policy. This is a non-exempt position.

Member Service Manager Wauna Credit Union Position

This position is responsible for all front line operations; lobby traffic; member relations; sales and service levels; Member Consultant duties; vault and ATM balancing; closing procedures and building security. Position has full responsibility for the branch and for ensuring the highest quality member service, with authority to freely use independent judgment and make discretionary decisions regarding the branch.  Position assists MCs as needed with procedural, policy and member related concerns.  This position is overtime exempt.
